Here is a list of useful services that I use or have used and would recommend:

Reuben's Wood Crafts - Local to Sheffield Cabinet maker and Luthier (guitar maker). He makes beautiful trinket boxes, and ingenious designs on hidden storage for tea light holders and jewellery boxes. Unique one off pieces and can do commission work. Reuben is an established French polisher and can restore some antique furniture. He has worked on restoring original Sorrento boxes for several customers, and an antique clock and more.

Inframe Gallery Ltd - A Sheffield based gallery offering printing, mounting and framing services. Sells local artists works. Very friendly and very helpful staff. They have two shops on based on Chesterfield Road in Woodseats and the is in Handsworth.

H Lehmann Ltd - An approved Canon repair centre. These are based in Stoke - Upon -Trent. They do sensor cleaning for most cameras. I have used them several times and they offer a fantastic service.

Harrison Cameras - Local to Sheffield stockist of new and a good range of second hand lenses. Friendly and helpful staff.

Charles Eagle and Sons  - Local to North East - Sunderland - friendly and helpful staff, stocking new and second hand equipment. I used to use the Durham store form time to time when visiting, unfortunately store is now closed
