The Isle of Bute is a small island of the Cowal peninsular in Scotland. This remarkable beach is home to a colony of common seals. They are so happy to bask without fear and are curious to your presence, they pose and blow raspberries, specially to another seal that wants to take over the rivals rock. I am sure it is for our amusement. I use my wide angle lens EF 17-40mm L USM for this shot as I wanted to express the tranquility of the scene and the drama of the clouds, along with the Isle of Arran's obscurity behind clouds. The sunbeam just bathing the water just adds to the scene Available in canvas, prints and phone cases.
